International Joint Master’s Degree in Cultural Sociology – Study for the Future

The International Joint Master’s Degree in Cultural Sociology is a 4 semester (2 year) full time Master’s program. You will enroll at one of the partner universities, and spend at least one semester (3rd semester is designed for mobility) at another partner university of the consortium. Upon graduation you will receive a joint diploma of all four partner universities!
The universities in the consortium (University of Graz / University of Zadar / University of Trento / Masaryk University) work together to guarantee a high quality international curriculum with regional aspects.

Structure of the Program

studentsThe program has been designed by all four partner universities together and it leads towards a joint diploma. Students can enroll at any of the four universities (see Admission criteria in How to Apply section; cf. the language requirements), and they are obliged to spend the third semester at another partner university. Mobility in other semesters is voluntary, upon agreement of the home and host universities.

You can establish your online record at Masaryk University (no fee, optional) or we will contact you via email after the first round is closed in Graz - and we will establish the online application form/online record with your data at Masaryk University for you manually (open 1 Feb - 30 June):

All candidates selected for admission by the consortium selection committee will receive admission documents and all the information leading to enrollment asap. Visa-country students also full proofs for visa, including university accommodation proofs.
